No offense, but can't you use google for such basic questions? A very detailed bio for Anton van der Waals and basic bios for Boogaard, Kaper, Drost, Schaap and Faber. Even if you're not used to the Dutch language it can't be difficult to find the details you ask for in these articles.

Tjeerd van der Weiden:

Mayor condemned for the dead. The executie of T.O of of the meadow, NSB-mayor of Velsen in June 1947.

‘ I ask ’ to the death sentence for this man. With this requirement procureur-fiscaal close, Mr. N.J.G. Sickle on 24 September 1946 its indictment finished in the matter against ex-burgemeester Tjeerd of of the meadow of Velsen. All newspapers do exhaustive report of the trial of NSB-burgemeester, which during the German bezetting in Kennemerland products schrikbewind exercised.

Tjeerd O. of of the meadow, born 27 October 1885 in Wonseradeel, no. closes himself in 1932, as a member. 988 at the NSB. The fanatical National Socialist of of the meadow makes rapidly career in sparrow ore movement. In 1940, he becomes ring LEADER in Utrecht and in 1941 district LEADER, for the province Utrecht.
In august 1942 lets insist itself of of the meadow on of Mussert as burgomaster of Velsen to appoint. At its installation the new citizen father speaks reconciling language. ‘ quietly and calmly I my pace will will slowly the people impart to the term what wants the National Socialism. At my work never the question will chair: “ what you have been? ” yet what is do you of plan. We NSB ’ ers must the reconciling hand reach ’. Already fast however late of of the meadow however its truth sees face. Personally he leads the afbraak of large parts of Velsen and IJmuiden for the Atlantikwal. He ensures that after May 1943 only still but NSB-politie in its municipality are active. Of of the meadow takes part in its free hours in searchings, arrests and interrogating gone into hiding Jews, illegal workers and random suspected persons. In 1943, he carries out personally the arrest of the stationschef of IJmuiden, the Noo, who pronounces april-meistakingen in public its vexation during concerning the fact that the track ways do not take part in the strike. The Noo are later shot a day by the Duitsers arbitrary. The population of Velsen reacts deeply shocked. During the railway strike a year later sends hated and feared of of the meadow the circular to striking railway men; he threatens with extradition to the SS and with turning off their families from the municipality. In sum meet end by its mattering toedoen 17 people. The German bezetter sees all this with satisfaction and rewards the burgomaster in 1944, with the Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2e class.

On 23 September 1946 stands of of the meadow in Amsterdam in the bankbank bank. In contrast to most of the other the NSB ’ ers which is tried a self-confident and attacking attitude adopts the verdachte. A report donor of the Parool does that evening incensed report:
‘ on arrogant, assured tone answered the verdachte on the questions of the president. Clear appeared that he still whole lived and thought in the environment of three years suffered. “ I a good vaderlander has always been ”, exclaimed he. “ the NSB was no landverraderlijke party and the irruption of the Duitsers me has done much pain. But afterwards I pro-Duits have gradually become. ” and on the question or he from the beginning anti-Semite was. “ actually I never more anti-Semite has been than the gros of the Dutch people that always ” were, had to of of the meadow answer insolence. “ and moreover: the Jews acted this way against the NSB; they forced us become, however, anti-Semite. ” ’
On the question of the president if he has no spite afterwards seen of tracing gone into hiding Jews in its municipality, answers of of the meadow: “ Och yes … but I did not know that the Jews be assassinated. I thought that a Jewish state in Poland would be set up. We NSB ’ ers lived on an island. We knew nothing, we heard nothing … ”.

On 7 October 1946 the sentence hears pronounce against itself of of the meadow for from Amsterdam Court of Justice. Three months later the cassation request is treated. Procureur-fiscaal Mr. Langemeyer endorse the seriousness of the matter but find a sentence too much of good. In its betoog he puts that of of the meadow a convinced National Socialist those never personal eye marks had has been had and requires vervolgens lifelong prison sentence.
To surprise of everything and everyone the particular Council of cassation takes this requirement over and maintains in February 1947 the sentence. After queen Wilhelmina a gratieverzoek of NSB-burgemeester reject, on 6 June 1947 the sentence to Tjeerd of of the meadow is carried out.
