Kurt Erich Hofmann (?) 12 years hard labour (in absentia)
Wilhelm Harlos (12.04.1889 in Kirchberg) Oberstaatsanwalt am Sondergericht in Luxembourg acquitted
Leonhard Josef Hubert Drach (09.03.1903 in Aachen) 15 years hard labour (commuted to 15 years hard labour 31.08.1954, released 15.12.1954, died 12.01.1996 in Ludwigshafen/Rhein)
Josef Wienecke (?) 10 years hard labour (in absentia)
Alexander Bergmann (?) 5 years imprisonment
Walter Lütcke 1886 4 years imprisonment
