history1 wrote:" The deserved punisment is awaiting ethnic Germans [Volksdeutsche]

The county court in Mława did sentence in it´s external trial in Działdowo to death:
1. The ethnic German Herman Czullkowskie [= rather Hermann Czulkoski], who handed during the occupation a number of people to the Gestapo who did hide before the German authorities.
2. Oskar Berga [rather Berger], persecuted Poles, took part in their resettlement from their home, handed over to the German some Poles.
3. Herman Dominik [rather Hermann], who out of hate towards them did beat Poles and offended their patriotism.
All convicted got stripped from the court from their civil rights forever and their possession seized."

"Also to death sentence got convicted by the county court in Elbląg the SS-man Jan Wirkowski. As the investigations brought up that, though of Polish nationality and a Polish citizen, he joined the SS and worked as overseer for forced Polish laborers in the Luftwaffe workshops in Elbląg. On this place he did show his anti-polish attitude, persecuting/agonizing Poles and haunting them on every step."
This are the information I found regarding this men:

Oskar Berg 03.10.1909 executed 24.10.1947, official in Pryjoma (district Dzialdowo)
Hermann Wilhelm Czulkowski 19.07.1905 death sentence 10.01.1946 executed 19.11.1947 in Dzialdowo, Gestapoagent
Hermann Dominik – no information

"Kubath (aged 29) and sergeant of the Luftwaffe and his fellow, the HJ member Novak (aged 16), murdered a Pole- a 15 year old cigarette trader. They hit him on the head, causing a skull fracture, did steal his 5000 Zloty and 800 cigarettes. They allegedly claimed that they wanted to stay a souvenir for the Poles before returning home to the Reich. Kubath was sentenced to death, the teenager to youth detention center/reformatory."

This is a difficult case. Unfortunately I do not have the whole text and it is only possible to upload it here in this format. I am sorry for this but maybe you can help me.

What is the correct name of the man? What is his crime?

That´s really hard to read but here is it ( as far as I can read the text):

"In the time when the Polish army and Silesian insurgents did defend the border against the German intruders they caught Alfus Arnt (IMHO rather Alfons) in Chorzów. When the Germans did conquer the area the found him with three fellows killed in the area of Modrzejów (ca. 15 km SE of Chorzów). As result 150 men from the innocent village population got shot on a public place. As they (court) found out those men were pointed out/denounced by family members of Arnt which is known for their anti-polish actions.
After the mass execution the 65 year old Arnt and three of his sons handed over two further Silesians to the Germans, a man named Kenig (König?) who died shortly afterwards in Mauthausen and Wiktor Górka (correct, George?) who returned home after two years in different camps and was the key witness in the trial and who claimed that after his arrest at first members of the Gestapo kicked him and then Teodor Arnt and his son Maksymilian (Maximilian) beat him in turn with batons and broke him thereby six rips.
For this service the Arnt´s got conidered from the Germans as Volksdeutsche 2nd category (Category II: Deutschstämmige (German > "of German Descent") — Persons of German descent who had remained passive). After the investigations the court convicted Teodor Arnt to death."

history1 wrote:[..]handed over two further Silesians to the Germans, a man named Kenig (König?) who died shortly afterwards in Mauthausen [...]
Sadly the article doesn´t mention the given name of this man. But I found out that "Kenig" was not an unusual name in Silesia. There are ~160 persons mentioned with this last name in the Lodz
Ghetto list on Jewishgen.org. A couple more in the Cracow Ghetto list at the same source.
In the Mauthausen death book there is only Zygmunt Kenig buthe died only in 1945 in Gusen.
Source: http://www.gedenkstaetten.at/raum-der-n ... =35533&L=1
Also other victims with the name "König" and likely being from Poland did die not until 1942.

So we must determine that the information that Kenig died in Mauthausen shortly after the arriving of the occupators is a lie.

PS.: In the Dachau KL records most persons from that area, no matter if Jewish or Polish, are listed as "König" and only one as "Kenig".
