Ansata1976, I am a relative of Bruno Mühlbrecht and I have access to copy of his trial documentation. I cannot post it online as it would be illegal according to the Polish law but I believe there are a few things that I can clarify:
- birth and execution dates seem correct but he was executed in Wejherowo not in Toruń (at least according to his death certificate);
- he was sentenced alone;
- Mühlbrecht is the name used only in German documents, in Polish he was identified as Milbrecht (during the trial), Milewczyk or Mielewczyk, with the given name Bruno or Brunon;
- in the trial documents, including the accusation act, there is no information about him being a member of Waffen-SS - I would be grateful for your source as it seems strange that such important fact against him would be omitted by the prosecution;
- similar applies to him being Volksdeutsch - however, there is such remark in the documents but with no proof (in fact there are no German documents used during the trial, all was based on oral declarations by the witnesses); I wonder if you can provide your source of this information;
- he was sentenced to death for taking part in the arrests of Polish citizens - this was the main claim made by the witnesses (in fact only one, the rest could not confirm it or deny it);
- his case was one of a very few war crime trials in Poland (at least based on my knowledge) in which not only his family but also the prosecution and judge who initially sentenced him to death asked afterwards for changing the sentence to prison only; however, B. Bierut did not agreee;
- he had actually two death sentences - in 1944 he had been sentenced to death by the German authorities due to disobedience on the Eastern front (he was then in Wehrmacht); he was, though, captured by Russians before it could be performed and kept in prison in Minsk from where he had been sent back to Poland.
Please let me know if you need anything else. I am very interested in clarifying his case.

Sorry for the not correct informations.

I used different sources:

1.) "Deutsche, Volksdeutsche und Österreicher - verurteilt und hingerichtet in Polen,Bundesarchiv in Kobenz, 1990"

2.) "Straconych w Wiezieniach Polskich w Latach 1944 – 1956 , Aneks Przestepcy Wojenni Pochodzenia Niemieckigo, Warszawa, Marzec 1990 R."

3.) IPN in Warsaw

and different Polish newspapers from 1946.

Here is my translation of the article for anyone interested:

Nazi (Hitler?) criminals executed
By the sentence of the Special Punitive Court in Gdańsk during the session in Kartuzy death sentence by hanging was issued for: traitor of the Polish nation - Brunon Muelbrecht vel Milewczyk and Karol Wiegandt. Muelbrecht, brother of Gestapo member, took many times part in arresting of Poles who were later sentenced to death or death camps and participated in their interrogations, beating and abusing them.
Wiegandt helped in manhunts and took part in execution of 40 Poles in Sarni Dwór near Kartuzy.
Both sentences were carried out.

What is the full name of this man?

Maybe Rudolf Möller(because of the nickname Rudy)?

What was the sentence of Wilhelm Janning (25.05.1901,member Gestapo referat IV 3a 1943-1945)? I found only an information that he was tried after the war in Poland.

The only SS guard from Pawiak prison, who was extradited to Poland after the war, was Thomas Meiler. He was rather decent towards prisoners and was sentenced to 3 years indeed only for membership to SS. It is possible that Meiler and Möller were the same man and someone who described "Meiler" as "Möller" made a mistake in Polish source.

The Polish nickname "Rudy" had rather nothing in common with the name but with the hair color ("rudy" means "ginger" in Polish).

I've never heard that Johann Wilsch vel Willsch, born 04/05/1906 Dresden, member of Gestapo in Zakopane and Krakau was tried after the war in Poland.

From the names You posted only Zylberberg (Silberberg) but with the name "Chaim" not "Max" was extradited to Poland from US zone on 04/09/1946. He was Jewish Kapo in camp Kittlitzstreben. The proceeding against him was discontinued, so there was no trial. He was probably mistakenly extradited as war criminal to Poland.

I don't have info about Max Zylberberg from KL Auschwitz.

Regarding

Ewald Alfons Peters member Kripo in Gdynia Trial 1947

I have sources that he was arrested and sentenced in Poland. Unfortunately there is no information about the sentence.
