Identification of 707 Infanterie Div officer @ partisan exec

Has anyone ever been able to positively identify the officer carrying out the execution of Masha Bruskina and others in Minsk? He can be seen very clearly in the infamous series of photographs. I'm not reposting them as I guess many of you will know which photographs I'm referring to and they are distressing enough to look at anyway. But I wonder who the officer is and what became of him, or any of the others involved? (Some Lithuanians were involved too I have read.)

I have no idea either but the image is very very clear and it seems he would have been easy to identify.
I'd be interested to know.
This is an old post. Perhaps someone out there knows the answer.
