Dentist at Buchenwald

In various records I find mention of an SS dentist at Buchenwald with the surname BUBLITZ - always without a first name. Does anyone have additional information on this individual - first name, rank, history of service and/or any war crime charges?

I have noted 2 officers named BUBLITZ.

SS-Ustuf Otto Bublitz, born 10 Mar 1885 at Kollatischken, SS # 11 861. NSDAP # 121 735. Promoted SS-Ustuf on 10 Sep 1939. He was serving at SS-Pi.Sch. in Sep 1944.

SS-Ostuf Hugo Bublitz born 30 Aug 1893 at Gruenlinde, SS # 368 631, not a member NSDAP. Promoted SS-Ostuf on 9 Nov 1941.

I do not know if either served in the camps, neither of these men are shown as Dr.
Could Bublitz have been a prisoner dentist ?

Putting "Bublitz Buchenwald" into google comes up with a former prisoner, Heinrich Ewald Bublitz from Wuppertal, and a book index where "Bublitz, SS Arzt" is mentioned once.
There is no reason to believe he was a SS officer and as a dentist, may well have been SS-Hschaf.

On the other hand he might have been SS-Untersturmführer or even SS-Sturmbannführer.

Well he might have been or might not - but he does not appear in the lists of SSOs.

My conclusion is based on the actual ranks of the dental/dentist staff in Auschwitz, Steve. Most of them were SS-Ustuf, but there was also a single Stubaf.
