Holocaust orphans in Poland shortly after the WW2.
Nothing is known today about those children, not even where the pictures were taken.
The Emanuel Ringelblum Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw seeks any information related to them.

בית יתומים - קינדער היים
Orphanage (Hebrew and Yiddish)

The first picture on your second post shows a Passover Seder. The caption on the wall reads 'BUDOWA SAMORZĄDU'.

I've heard there were orphanage ran by Agudat Yisrael, but still it's fascinating to see the resilience of those people, who had the least chance to survive the Holocaust.
But before the war even the most loony anti-Semites sometimes mentioned with praise their perceived family values.
It would be interesting to know if the budowa samorządu children were Agudat Yisrael too. Although the slogan suggests socialist, e.g. the Bund.
On that photo there are quite a few children holding other children in their arms so they could be visible too.

Some of these children may still be alive today - hopefully they might see these. I was struck by how many of them were smiling - In spite of all that they must have gone through, especially if they were orphans too. The resilience of children is amazing, hopefully their future proved brighter than their past.
