Dziekanka (Gniezno) mass graves

During the war patients from the Dziekanka asylum were murdered by the Nazis and buried in mass graves in the woods (Nowaszyce) south of Mielno about 15-20 kilometres north of Gniezno. Somewhere in that area this monument was erected in 2010 and I wonder if anyone know where it can be found.

No problems with the resolution. Interesting that so little is known about this grave site.
