SS Unterscharführer Siegfried Kickbusch

I am interested to know if SS Unterscharführer Siegfried Kickbusch (born 24.02.1899) was convicted of war crimes.
He served at KL Sachsenhausen and Veihingen.
From American custody he was extradited to Poland in November 1946 but was not tried.
Instead he was released to French authorities.
