His name was Ernst Weinmann (brother of Erwin Weinmann). Ernst Weimann (without "n") was another Sipo man who was tried in Norway.

Weinmann from Yugoslavia was born 1907 in Frommenhausen and Weimann from Norway was born 1906 in Plettenberg.
