Is this source helpful for you?

Maybe he was sentenced and executed at the same day (same like in Czech Rep. example: https://marjorie-wiki.de/wiki/Franz_Radif).

Yes, it's a confirmation that it's the same man.

But I wonder about the execution date 09.03.1947 when the confirmation was on 04.04.1947 - in most of the cases in Yugoslavia had been a few weeks between sentence and probable execution.

Sipo man Drecoll was mentioned at least two times in BBL:

1944, Wilhelm Drecoll beim IdS Stettin promoted to SS-Ostuf., SS nr 290 497 [BBL 21/1944]

1943, KK z. Pr. Drecoll beim Stapo Schwerin promoted KK [BBL 49/1943].

WILHELM Johannes Drecoll
9 March 1910, Hamburg
was the SS-Ustuf (later SS-Ostuf) at BdS Belgrade, Stapo Schwerin, then Lillehammer (KdS Narvik).
An investigation was instigated in the 1970s for "Verdachts der Beteiligung an der Inhaftierung, Deportation und Totung [umlauts not working...] von serbischen Zivilisten und Partisanen sowie Niederbrennung von Doerfern 1944, als Leiter der Aussenstellen Leskovac und Jagodina".
Did not help Drecoll - he died in Hamburg on 22 July 1972

Small corrections and additions:

Highest rank of Kiessel in the SS was SS-Obersturmbannführer and as far i know he was deputy to Harald Turner in Yugoslavia.

I have Behne, Josten, Kiessel, Turner, Schulze-Langemann and Berg as extradited by the British authorities to Yugoslavia and Vierow as extradited by the US authorities.
