Re: Yugoslav War Crimes Trials of German Officials
Please help with my search for accuracy with SS SS-Obersturmführer SEIFERT
From this thread:-
ansata1976 post #347
"Norweger-Prozeß" 14.10.1946 - 23.10.1946 in Belgrade
SS-Obersturmführer Otto Erich Hans Seifert (18.05.1894 in Wessau) sentenced to death (executed 14.11.1946 in Belgrade)
ansata1976 post #341
Trial 22.10.1947 - 31.10.1947 in Belgrade
SS-Obersturmbannführer Otto Seifert (18.05.1894 in Wessau) sentenced to death (executed 14.11.1947 in Belgrade)
It seems I'm not the only one confused.
I can confirm that SS-Obersturmführer Otto Erich Hans Seifert (18.05.1894 in DESSAU) was in British captivity in Norway and I believe extradited to Yugoslavia but I'm not sure when.
From a Yugoslav book I read in 1995 there was a Otto Seifert tried & executed as per Norweger-Prozeß details.
From a UK National Archives file I found a Willi Oskar Safert extradited to Yugoslav authorities in May 1946 (no date of birth) although this name could be miss-spelt.
There may well be two Otto Seifert, both tried in Belgrade but not with the same date & place of birth!

Re: Yugoslav War Crimes Trials of German Officials
SS-Ostuf Otto Seifert in Jess Heim Camp Akershus Prison, Norway
I think he was extradicted in April 1947 - see this document from https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/144603/452 By the way, Otto Seifert born 18.05.1894 in Dessau (not Wessau, there is no place with this name)

Re: Yugoslav War Crimes Trials of German Officials
Aaccuracy with SS SS-Obersturmführer SEIFERT:
Apparently there was two men with the surname Seifert, both convicted on Military court of the city of Belgrade, but not with the same date of birth and not with of the same date of death. Both was executed by verdict "death by hanging", by Military court of the city of Belgrade.

Re: Yugoslav War Crimes Trials of German Officials
Othmar Kallinger was also as SS-Rottenführer d.Res member of SS-Wachbataillon 6 in Oslo
so probably also linked to camp-crimes in Norway
1946 in CIC Sandbostel

SS-Ostuf Wilhelm Seifert (SS #221127) from camp Beisfjord to camp Elsfjord
(from Tagesbefehl 43/42 HSSPF Nord - 09.12.1942)
Probably linked to the Beisford-Massaker (murder of 288 jugoslav POW (mostly serbs) of camp Beisfjord in july 1942)
After october 1942 camp Beisfjord was used for russian POW.

Edit:
Just noticed: SS #221127 is definetely Otto Seifert (*18.05.1894) - so in the document above must be a typo: either the firstname or the SS-nummber!

It is not the same Franz Schilling. The one in question here was born in 1897 (see this link).

probably same as SS-Ustuf/SS-Ostuf Fritz Müller in RSHA - Ref II C10 in 1942/1943

His dob is mysterious:
Landesarchiv Berlin has 08.01.1911

Bundesarchiv has 08.10.1911

Re: Yugoslav War Crimes Trials of German Officials
I think when I gave Fritz Müller his DOB as 8 Sept 1911 this was a typo. I only have him as born 8 Oct 1911.
I do not think Brüx was his Heimatdienststelle and his Sipo service before his posting to Belgrade is very thin.

Notes:
Spellings should be re-checked for all non-Slavic defendant names. At the trial itself, the first defendant was Dr Reith and it was him who got most of the media attention; but in a post-trial verdict document (10.06.1947), Wagner was listed as the first defendant. Vojislava [Vojislavka] Milankov and Žarko Jakšić (both police agents in Petrovgrad) were also supposed to be tried with this group, but weren't.
