Gentle removal of Jews from trains by merciful Germans at Auschwitz

At this point, Horthy was unaware that the Germans had produced a propaganda film for Swiss and foreign journalists in Bern as a means of countering the worldwide agitation of the press.
When he found out about it, he was particularly irked by the fact that the film attempted to shift the blame for the cruelty of the deportations onto the Hungarians; it accomplished this by splicing in segments of real films depicting the cruelty with which the Hungarian Arrow Cross forces treated the Jews during the deportation process. These segments were played up in contrast to the second part of the film, which showed sympathetic German nurses removing and treating the Jews, by then more dead than alive, who arrived in cattle cars at the Auschwitz station.
Naturally, the film did not show what the "merciful" Germans did after their "gentle" removal of the Jews from the trains.
Clever as it was, the film could not erase the memory of the hundreds of articles in the Swiss press, nor did it convince skeptical Swiss and foreign journalists of its authenticity. After the Hungarians found out about the film, they were highly incensed and demanded angrily that it be removed from circulation.

Is that true? Is the film available somewhere today?
