As one who has been incredulously been attacked as anti-American and socialist apologist for pointing out that despite my own family's ongoing reparation law-suits against Japan, that the law must be applied to all equally, it's nice to see someone else out here linking the same documentations and their meaning.

I notice they don't level the same attacks on you for pointing out that principle of equal justice for all, otherwise the international perception of hypocricy we get so saddled with.
