If Alf cannot find any evidence, it can only be because he has not looked very far.
I suggest he consult the entry "Karaites" in the 4-volume "Encyclopedia of the Holocaust", edited by Israel Gutman, where he will find the information posted by me. That is the source that I got it from.
I would suggest that the above publication is more authoritative than the obscure website referred to by Alf.
A few years ago I corresponded with an Auschwitz survivor who became a history teacher in Israel on the issue of the Karaites. He confirmed to me that the information in the Encyclopedia was accurate, and that Crimean Karaites were not very popular in Israel because of their wartime collaboration with the Germans; the Egyptian Karaites were considered innocent however.
