I was curious to know what happened to most Male citizens in Berlin and the occupied Eastern terrotories after the war. In Berlin how many men were taken prisoner rather then shot. Any male between 15 and 65 was considered a soldier by the Soviets and it was every mans duty to defend until his death. Am sure all along the Eastern Front this happened in every city.

After the war... did they take every german Male and send him off to Siberia? It was etstimated that 2 million women were raped in Prussia and the Berlin area... what happened to the Eastern Population?

Where did you get the figure of 2 million women raped? The Allies had decreed that after the war East Prussia was to be divided between Poland and Russia so any citizens who never fled in advance of the Soviet Army were expelled later. (Treaty of Potsdam and others.)

Unlike the Germans the Red Army did not consider 'any male between 15 and 65...a soldier', those who shot at them were soldiers. As for 'every german male and send him off to Siberia' no, and 2 million women were not raped, that is a huge overestimation based on a report done by one doctor which could not be verified by him or anyone else.
