Hello

Bordeaux trial for Bilfinger and Retzek SS Hauptsturmf born 2/05/1906
sentence are correct.

Karl Deuschle 8/07/1905 SS Unterscharf with gestapo Lyon trial in absence
same place(Lyon) sentence : Death.
Karl Pflaum should be in the trial with SD Members like Heimann, Floreck and others
but his case was split from them.
Think his case was closed without sentence afterwards.

Josef Bierhoff 15 years in Lyon.
Willi Biewald Life in Rennes.
Bruno Birkendorfer 20 Years in Marseille
Walter Freund Life in Meknes North Africa
Walter Fritsch Death sentence in Toulouse later reduced.
Wilhelm Hellwurt see post Danyb must be Wilhelm Hellmund.
Correct name for Wilhelm Kaulk is Kalk.

hello !

the last defendant was eugen ballspach ( born.2.5.1922. trienz) , stabsgefreiter of the unity I M.A.A 681; he was sentenced to 20 years hard-labor and relesased on 1949.

Hermann Darmstadter first 20 years prison.
Otto Hassi correct name Otto Rassi.
Walter Paarmann and Fritz Habener executed 30/9/1950.
Adolf Jopp and Wilhelm Mampe executed 11/12/1946.
DOB for : Harry Stengritt 14/4/1911, Alfred Lutjens 7/6/1897, Erich Bartelmus 9/4/1910.

The correct name is Helmut Helmreich 9/1/1914
Hauptmann with 19 Pol. Regt in Cluses France
sentence reduced to life and released 30/11/1955.

I need more informations about the trials of:

Boos, Georges Rene (René) [SS Sergeant] – service, SS 2nd Panzer Division

Gries, Wilhelm (?-1944) – service, German Railway System in the Saarbruecken area

Van de Hangen, Arnold (?-1945) -- arrested and put on trial by a French court for "intelligence with the enemy"; convicted and sentenced to death; hanged at Paris 18 Sept 1945

Hauck, Walther [SS-Obersturmführer]

Lenz or Lentz, Karl -- German adjutant, SS 2nd Panzer Division "Das Reich" {taken into custody by French authorities 12 Aug 1945; put on trial Jan 1953 by a French court at Paris on charges of participating in the destruction of the village of Oradour-sur-Glane and the murder of 642 of its inhabitants 10 Jun 1944 ; convicted and sentenced to death 13 Feb 1953

Are there more informations about the trials:

6 sentenced to death at Epinal; 3 at Toulouse; 2 at Tours and 1 each from Cahors, Tulle and Nancy 30 Jun 1945.????????????
