i have 2 German War Criminals named Weinberger and born in Munich (München):

Franz Weinberger
born 1901 in Munich
sentenced to death and executed in Rastatt

and

Rudy (Rudolf) Weinberger
born 1909 in Munich
sentenced to 20 years H.L in absentia (France)

can anybody tell me if they were members of a same family ??

I agree with Researcher - Emil Kupetz born 13 June 1907, Spittalgrund (CZ).
He was interrogated in Norway on 26 Oct 1945:

Arnold van de Hangen (?) sentenced to death (executed 18.09.1945 in Paris)
His name sounds Dutch!!!!

August Brucker (23.08.1921 in Dracsani) sentenced to death 1950 in Rastatt for murdering and mistreating Jewish and Polish prisoners in the Aschersleben concentration camp. What is his execution date? Or was the sentence commuted?
