It's known that SS, SD, Gestapo and NSDAP were declared criminal organisations at the Nuernberg Trials. But does anybody know the definition of a criminal organsation?

The legal basis upon which SS, Gestapo and SD, and NSDAP were proclaimed as criminal organizations is Charter of the International Military Tribunal.
