What is this? I didn't know that Kriegsmarine had its own magazine. :?

Since I am very interested of the history of German Navy I would like to know more about this magazine. Also, could someone tell me what is written on the cover page?

The Kriegsmairne had his own magazine from 1935 until 1944. It is a great magazine and not easy to find!!

DIE KRIEGSMARINE in his regular edition was published from 1935 until 1944.

1935: 6 magazines
1936: 12 magazines
1937: 12 magazines
1938: 12 magazines
1939: 24 magazines
1940: 24 magazines
1941: 24 magazines
1942: 24 magazines
1943: 24 magazines
1944: 18 magazines

These magazines are rare and not easy to find in market. I was collecting and looking for them for many years. I have duplicate issues, if you are interested you can send me a private post.

There are some of them at the Collectors Guild alot have been sold but there are a few left here's the link:
