Hi all,

I found this image on Ebay. Can anyone identify it? The light anti-aircraft artillery can be seen on the high platform, with 2 twin mounts of 3.7cm Flak SK C/30 and two simple mounts of 2cm Flak MG C30-38.

Regards Sturm78.

Hello Mischa

Wasn't the Brummer a Minelayer/Training ship?

For the second pic, I would guess it is either a Zerstorer 1936 or a 1936A class destroyer, since there is no mast between the torpedo mount and the gun.
1936 class: http://www.german-navy.de/kriegsmarine/ ... index.html
1936A class: http://www.german-navy.de/kriegsmarine/ ... index.html

You are correct AndyH, Brummer was used as a training ship and a minelayer. She also acted as a commerce raider in the Baltic.
Here is a link for the Brummer, check out the History and Operations links on the page.

Hello Sturm78,
a very nice Räumboot, but I must look for the Flottilla-number.
