This is a French Courbet-Class Dreadnought. I am confident it is the Courbet itself because of the localisation of the projectors.
The turrets and guns seems to be black to me, which would date the photo in 1931-1932.

I'm reasonably sure that this is the Kriegsmarine flak ship Medusa.

In my opinion the first one shows in fact a BRAUNSCHWEIG-class battleship, the second one ADMIRAL SCHEER.
