Most probably USS New York, in the late 20s.

You may be right, but I see some slight differences in the tripod superstructures and the bridge :?

On the other hand I also need help to identify this italian ship:

Mescal is correct, the US battleship in question is the USS New York(BB-34) - USS Texas had a quite different Bridge structure. Also note the position of the yardarms on the main/secondary battery control structure atop the tripod mast - USS Texas had her's at the base of the structure, not the middle.

However, his is incorrect on the date - the photo is taken taken some time after the early 1930's - as that was when the .50 caliber gun tubs were added to the main/secondary control tower.

The Italian heavy cruiser is the Gorizia, in the photo, you can see her name on the stern - G O R I (lost in shadows) A.

In my opinion it could be the first Italian sub Enrico Tazzoli which arrived in Bordeaux on 7. october 1940
