Nope, it's TRENTO.

The ship is all wrong for a Zara class heavy cruiser...for starters, they didn't have a "flush" deck.

Yes, she is Scheer. The Scheer's crest is visible on the forward 11-inch turret - just forward of the ladder on the turret's side.
