I read "Pionier", if so it's the former Polish "Nieuchwytny", a patrolboat on the Weichsel-river.

Built in 1932-34 as Polish rivergunboat "Nieuchmytny" by Stocznia PZI., Modlin.
38,5 t; 23,00 x 4,00 x 0,62 m, 450 hp, 12,5 kn, 1 x 4 cm, 1 x 3,7 cm, 1 mg, armour-plating 6 - 12 mm.
Originally Pinsk-flottille, since 1939 on the Weichsel.
9.9.39 (+) at Plok. Raised and repaired as German "Pionier". 12.44 (+) Plock. 194x raised and repaired as Polish "Okon" for the river Oder. Removed from naval list in 1957.

For my money the ship is th Greek Destroyer" Vasilefs Georgios" captured and incorporated into the German Navy as "Hermes".

"Hermes" had a different bow (straight). This is TA 32 ex Premuda (it.) ex Dubrovnik (yug.)

Polar bear is correct regarding the ship, but not the name. The picture was taken in spring 1941, when she was still the "Dubrovnik". Later the vessel carried other camouflage-schemes.
