This are R- boats from the 2. Räumflottille
Emblem: I quote: Der aus dem Wasser stoßende silberne Dreizack war der 2. R-Flottille am 25.6.1942 durch Kommodore Ruge in Brest als Flottillenwappen verliehen worden. Ab Mitte des Jahres waren alle Boote mit dem neuen Wappen am Bug ausgerüstet worden.

in English:
The silver trident from out of the water had been awarded the 2nd R-flotilla on 6.25.1942 by Commodore Ruge in Brest as a flotilla emblem. From the middle of the year, all boats were equipped with the new coat of arms on the bow.

Looks like either a M1934 or M1936 class but not sure of the specific ship.

The tall forward stack and low bridge are indicative of the Zerstorer 1934 and 1934A. The piping on the forward stack narrows this down to later production Zerstorer 1934As - from Z9 through Z16.

Hard for me to say from that angle but comparing the different profiles in German Naval Camouflage Volume 2 I'd say it could be Admiral Hipper as she had her aircraft set further away from her funnel than Prinz Eugen.
