hi,

judging by the coat of arms visible at the bow and by the form of the forward mast it is HESSEN (BRAUNSCHWEIG class)

Hi all,

Is it possible to differenciate between Schleswig-Holstein and Schlesien battleships from this angle ?

Nobody ?

Well, here another image from Ebay. I think a Italian light cruiser.
If you look the command tower It seems a Duca degli Abruzzi class cruiser but the forward gun turret seems twin, not triple ..... :?

Hello Sturm78. I think your previous Duca degli... actually is an earlier Condottieri-class cruiser. Possibly the Raimondo Montecuccoli or Muzio Attendolo.

In my opinion the Italian cruiser is the EUGENIO DI SAVOIA and the German torpedo boat is of course G 7, later T 107.

Thanks for your answers, Waleed and Peter.

I think that Peter may be right about the Italian cruiser...

Due to the lack of a searchlight on a platform on the front of the bridge I would concur that this is the Admiral Scheer. Note prominent platform on attached photos.
