the 2nd picture shows, on the left, Admiral Rolf Carls, at that time Senior Officer German naval forces off Spain.

Panzerschiff Admiral Scheer - Hamburg.

To my knowledge, this ship was in Hamburg for the launching (Stapellauf) of Battleship Bismarck in February 1939, right? ................
