if the flags painted in front of the bridge represent something like a "roll of honour", the most likely candidate is "Schiff 18" ex ALTELAND

that little ship is FRIEDRICH WILHELM ZU PFERDE ex norwegian TYSFJORD, built 1937, taken over by the Kriegsmarine in 1941 as "Bereisungsdampfer", i.e. a conveniable transport for an admiral who wants to inspect his troops which are situated in several small norwegian ports. The ship was given back to its norwegian owners after the war.
