Does anyone know what happened to the Blücher memorial after the war?
Is there any form of memorial to the Blücher there today?

I saw a documentary on Blücher not long ago, and IIRC it mentioned that memoria, it got torn down.

There is a burialground in Oslo where there's raised sort of a memorial in stone for the ones who were lost in the Blücher sinking.

The Norwegians removed the memorial after the war.

An excellent account of the sinking of the Blucher can be found in Issue 101 of the UK magazine 'After The Battle'.

This is a very good web-page regarding the (short) history of Blücher.
It even has the KTB!
