merchant ship spree
Hi all, I have an interest in ww1 & 2 ships both naval & merchant marine, at the moment I am trying to find information on the German merchant ship Spree which surrendered with others in Norway at the end of the war. any help would be very welcome. Jeff.

Do you mean SS SPREE ex. AGIRA? 1929, 2867 grt. She was delivered to Holland in Lubeck 25/6/46 as HEDEL.
There was also another SPREE (MS), much smaller 222 grt.
