On wich battles they fought?, they faced the russian naval troops aswell?
About equipment it was the same as the used by the Heer?

I think they were mostly (if not only) seeing battle towards the end of the war, in combat in northern Germany and on the Oder.

The 1st action - they fougt in 1939 against the Westerplatte.

The last action - they fougt in Berlin and at Reichstag, April/May 1945.

They keep their naval uniforms and helmets and were equipped with standard wehrmacht weapons (granates, rifles, MP) an equipment (rifle pounches,...).

Please, on the Eastern front, on wich battles where involved?, apart from Berlin (I didnt knew that the fought there, specially at Reichstag), Andreas post a link that seems to be interesting but is in german.

Flak, KM personnel fought as ground troops during the Dieppe landings on 19 August 1942. I think they fought on land in the Crimea and the North Sea fronts, but I'm not sure. Uniforms, insignia, etc. were the same as the rest of the KM. Check Osprey's Men-at-Arms or Warrior series nmore such info (Gordon Williamson has written a fair bit on them) .
