Who can help with this dedication?
I have tried to find something on the 2 officers and also what was "XCF", but without result

Goehring Fregattenkapitan 1.3.42 (1)

That's all what I have!

The 2 names is, as far I can see Oberleutnant Göhrlich and Kapitänleutnant Hermann.
Concerning "XCF" I would asume its a sailing unit when it had a commander. I have checked Gröner and other books without finding anything.
