She (the blogger is female) wrote that 5 Ho-Ri tanks had been completed. But, it is not true. None of Ho-Ri had been completed until the war ended. National Archive File Ref.C13120839500 is only a plan, not an actual production. She is misunderstanding the source.

A drawing titled as Ho-Ri III is shown at her blog. She commented that it was drawn by Tomio Hara. But, I have never seen such a drawing on his books. In Tomio Hara's book, there is a photo of wooden mock-up of this type of Ho-Ri and he wrote that it is Ho-Ri I. I suspect that she made up that drawing.
