Which army unit this Type 95 belong?

Did the Imperial Navy use Type 95?

The unit of this car is unknown. Note that the marking on fender was painted by the Americans.

The Navy also used Type 95. See below. It has Navy anchor emblem on front grille.

This vehicle was used in the Pacific Islands or only in China?

I only find photos of him being used by the IJA in China.

Type 95 Kurogane was used in the Pacific. The photo you uploaded was taken somewhere in the Pacific. See below. SWPA means Allied Southwest Pacific Area command.
