Hi Peter,

The 3rd Division wasn't commanded by a Prince during 1919-1920:

15 Feb 1915 - 25 Nov 1919: General Jiro Oba
25 Nov 1919 - 5 May 1921: General Shinnosuke Kikuchi

I attach your pic but with the frame and writing, hopefully one of our Japanese language experts will be able to identify him. I'm still working on your General Yumomi.

The writings clearly states he was Jiro Oba 大庭二郎.
