経理下土候隊 = Quartermaster NCO cadet unit
衞生下土候隊 = Medic NCO cadet unit
北ボルネオ= North Borneo
印度支那 = Indochina

I don't know what is 筥区. It would be a typo of 管区. 管区 means district.

Hello,

I recently obtained this aerial propaganda leaflet among part of a small group of items brought home by a USS Enterprise sailor. He wrote that copies of this were dropped on Truk in 1944. The art is graphic and somewhat disturbing. I am very curious to know what kind of message it is conveying. Can I please have a translation of the writing? Thank you sincerely.

A possible translation of the first page: "The hands of the stained military clique are wringing the blood of the [Japanese] nation." or "The stained military clique's hands are wringing the blood of the [Japanese] nation."
Kokumin no chi ni somerareta gunbatsu no te shibore. The usual caveats apply.

It was 壮兵団 or "Sou heidan", but what does Sou mean?
