Hello everyone,
Here is another flag from my collection. I have tried to translate the large characters on the right and left of this flag without success. The thread I was using has its limitations, and I was not able to match anything up. Also, this flag has an interesting face drawn on it. Is there any significance for this character? It has a stamp right next to it, possibly a shrine stamp? If there is anything that you can tell me about this flag, I would be very grateful. Thanks for any and all help

On the left
森脇萬亀夫(Moriwaki Makio) 萬=万
山崎秀一(Yamazaki Shuichi or Hidekazu)
渡邊通雄(Watanabe Michio) 渡邊=渡辺

On the right
安福浅太郎(Yasufuku Asataro or Sentaro) 安福 is a rare surname and also read as Anpuku, Abuku, Afuku, Anfuku and Yasukabe. Unbelievable? That's Japanese name.

On the right end
赤心必通天='[Your] sinserity reaches to the astral [and gods aid you]'. Reads as 'Sekishin Kanarazu Ten-ni Tsuzu'

Face on right-upper is a Daruma, a simbol of patience.

Hot sun flares on the sky and white road looks an endless belt. Knapsacks, wet with sweat, bears on soldiers' backbone like a quern. Every pore becomes a trough of sweat. [Everyone feels] not advancing on foot. [Perhaps it means all are losing consciousness that they are walking at will.] On the head of column a craggy steel pirate crawls on the sand. An armored car for reconnaissance reduce heat by leafs of coco. Enemy's shell cannot beat its skin down.
