Second one appears to be an interurban trolley on a turntable.

According to Wiki, the first photo is a locomotive built by Avonside Engine Company in England. It was used by Japanese National Railways as Ke190. Later, it was used in Okinawa.

The second photo is not Okinawa, but Fukuoka, Kyushu. It is a gasoline engine car used by Asakura Kido railway company.

Hoplophile, I know that article. You are right. These are exactly the same vehicles as from "my" picture. Article says nothing however what type of vehicle the pictures show. I found many different pictures from Okinawa, for sure, showing engine of the same type as "mine" with numbers: "2", "7", "12", "13", "14".
