Hello all,

Trying to track down more information about the 339th Infantry of the Japanese Army. I believe they came from Hiroshima-shi and were stationed in Manchuria in 1945. Can anyone help?

Your information is wrong. 339th Infantry Regiment was formed at Tsu-shi, Mie Prefecture in July 1945. It was stationed in Kyushu for Japan homeland defense.

Do you have any information on them?
