Any Japanese or Puppet vessels on the Yellow River?

I was wondering during the 1930s-40s did either Japan or any of their local puppets operate military vessels on the Yellow River in northern China? I thought there might have been a few possible scenarios for them to do so, such as security patrols on the river in Mengjiang's territory or in the territory of the Wang Jingwei regime (like the puppet security vessels on rivers in Manchukuo), or maybe Japanese riverboats coming in from the Bohai Sea during the invasion of mainland China? Just thought I'd ask...
