The turret of OI was not built. So, its gun is only on plan. It seems that there were some plans on OI's armament, but the details are unknown.

It is not sure that 152mm gun on Mitsubishi drawing is final or not. 四研史(Army 4th Lab History) stated it as 100mm gun. It is possible that 152mm gun was later changed to 100mm gun. Anyway, it was not actually mounted. So, it is a tale only on paper.

The hull was built according to the Mitsubishi drawing. But, the turret was not built. The plan of turret would be changed after that drawing.
