Kobe maru and Russo Japan War

Post by shidan » 28 Apr 2019 22:34

I am looking for information on a ship by the name of Kobe Maru that was a participating vessel in the Russo-Japanese War. The little that I can find points to the ship being a hospital ship at that time, but it possibly also had mine laying duties? I think it was present at the Siege of Port Arthur. Any info., is greatly appreciated, thanks!
