Type 4 Ka-tsu picture.

Hello,
This time I have a picture of not one but at least 2 Ka-tsu amphibious vehicles. Both of them numbered. All I know about them or I think I know is that either the picture was made in Sasebo or the vecicles are from Sasebo SNLF in Tateyama? I would like to ask You if You have this picture in better quality, so the numbers on both of the Ka-tsus or at least the one closer to us, can be read. I think that the first of numbers on it is 4 and the next two are 2 and 3. But this is rather guessing. And of course second thing - what unit are the vehicles from? I don't suppose 2 visible Ka-tsu are the whole unit? Any information would be greatly apreciated.
Regards,
Marek

This photo was taken at Sasebo. The number on closer one is 408. The number on one backward cannot be read even on high-reso image.

Because this photo was taken at Sasebo, they belonged to Sasebo Base Force. But, the detailed unit is unknown.
