What unit landed on Singora and Pattani on 8th Dec 1941?

So here the question, Japanese 25th army landed on Singora and Pattani on the night of 8th December 1941. I lookup on the multiple sources and it says 5th Division landed here. 1 Regiment at Pattani, and 3 Regiments at singora.

While it is true that japanese 3 regiments at Singora, did they landed all 3 regiments there on the same day?

And Which regiments and other elements that actually landed on Singora and Patanni on 8th dec?

Did all 4 regiments of 3rd tank group landed of Singora on the same day too? If not then which one landed first? Did the tanks landed on Pattani too?

The landing of Dec. 8th is as follows.

- Singora
11th Infantry Regiment
41st Infantry Regiment
1st Tank Regiment (less one company)
5th Field Gun Regiment (less two battalions)
5th Recon Regiment
1st, 2nd, 4th Independent AT Gun Companies
26th Independent Field AA Gun Company
Other small support units

- Patanni
42nd Infantry Regiment
One company of 1st Tank Regiment
One battalion of 5th Field Gun Regiment
5th Independent AT Gun Company
Other small support units

21st Infantry Regiment was left behind at Shanghai. So, they were three infantry regiments that landed on Dec. 8th.

Other tank regiments than 1st Tank Regiment arrived later.

Thank you very much Taki. You are the legend. This by far the most difficult piece of info that i can't find on resource that available to me.

But did Yamashita HQ and army units of 25th army landed together with 5th division on singora?

I wonder when did 21st regiments landed? And where and how many transport ship carrying them and what navy units involved in escort?

And one more question. Do you have any information regarding when did other tank regiments landed? And where?

I am not yet legend, but active. :P

> But did Yamashita HQ and army units of 25th army landed together with 5th division on singora?

Yes. But, not all army units of 25th army, but parts of army units of 25th army.

> I wonder when did 21st regiments landed? And where and how many transport ship carrying them and what navy units involved in escort?

21st Infantry Regiment landed sequentially at Singora between Jan. 12th and 14th. Transports and escorts are unknown.

> Do you have any information regarding when did other tank regiments landed? And where?

6th Tank Regiment landed at Singora on Dec. 16th. 14th Tank Regiment arrived at Sungai Petani by trains from Thailand on Jan. 8th and 9th.

Thank you Taki, these are more than i could hope for. I doing some projects about Malaya campaign and i struggle to find details about ija 25th army landing at singora and pattani. It seems like you my Savior today. I may have some questions about other campaign during centrifugal offensive, but that maybe for another day. Thank you very much.
