11th Division, deployment March 1915

Trying to follow through on army deployments in March 1915 to China. From a news article it seems that either a regiment or brigade of the 11th Division was deployed after March 10 to the axis Daku--Tianjin--Beiying. The article implies debarkation along Pei Ho river, Daku/ Tianjin. Looking for unit, dates of departure, arrival, commanding officer. or anything you may be able to contribute. Army transportation arrangements. etc. Many thanks in advance.

I errored, apparently the regiment or brigade was from the 4th Division and looks like it was leaving from Sasebo.
