General Jiro Inoue

I am looking for missing bio details for Lieutenant-General Jiro Inoue. Here is what I have been able to piece together:

Lieutenant-General Jiro Inoue (? - ?)
11 Jul 1906 - 30 Nov 1910: Chief of Engineer Section, Military Affairs Bureau, Ministry of War
30 Nov 1910 - 30 Jan 1915: ?
?: Promoted to Major-General
30 Jan 1915 - 18 Aug 1916: Chief of Army Aeronautical Headquarters
18 Aug 1916 - 6 Aug 1917: Commander, Shimonoseki Fortress
?: Promoted to Lieutenant-General

According to Wiki, he is not Jiro, but Niro,

He was June 27th, 1864 - Jan. 11th, 1920.

30 Nov 1910 - 30 Jan 1915: 交通兵旅団長(Commander of Communication Brigade)
30 Nov 1910: Promoted to Major-General
15 Feb 1915: Promoted to Lieutenant-General

Thank you, Taki, for your help. Please could you explain what General Inoue did between 6 August 1917, when he gave up command of Shimonoseki Fortress, and December 1917 when he transferred to the reserve?

Just a point of precision regarding Inoue's post as Chief of Army Aeronautical Headquarters:

Post created on 30 January 1915 as Chief of Transportation Corps. Renamed Chief of Army Aeronautical Section on 18 April 1919. Renamed Chief of Aeronautical Headquarters on 27 April 1925.
