Does anyone know what is the translation? Where is this place? must be somewhere near Kavieng Ireland.

Catherine (Katharine) harbour, New Ireland also known as Cape Lalambut or Lalambut Point.

Thank you! I have often wished that I had a WW2 era Japanese World Atlas. I am building a section of my database with Japanese characters and English place names but there are so many names that I cannot find on Google or wherever that it is mostly hopeless.
