Here's Glantz' second source for Kanbao, 'Победа на Дальнем Востоке' by Vnotchenko. I made sure to get the 1971 edition he cited.

While he only cited pages 245-246, I've included pages 242-244 and 247, in case they have information of value.
Just eyeballing it I can see "27," "7," and "3" in the last paragraph, and there seems to be a source for it too, so it appears promising.
