Japanese Navy Planned Use Of Underwater Suicide Attack Forces - 1945

Post by Richard Stone » 12 Sep 2023 03:30

The attached article discusses the Japanese Navy’s planned use of underwater suicide attack forces to attack Allied Navy ships in the event the planned 1945 invasion of the Japanese mainland occurred.

The article was printed in the May 1947 issue of the USA professional military reference magazine ‘Military Review’.

I posted this article in the site section ‘WW2 in the Pacific & Asia. I’ve reposted it here to aid researchers of the Japanese Navy.
